Yes, Obama is awarded the Transparency Award at a no-press-allowed ceremony. It wasn't even listed on the presidents schedule because they wanted to keep it a secret. So which is more insane: Obama wins Nobel Peace Prize or Obama receives Transparency Award?? I'd say it's a tie.
